About the job
We are looking for a part-time Credit Administrator to strengthen our team in Helsinki. As a Credit Administrator, you will gain a lot of valuable experience from various tasks within our core functions. The daily tasks include for example customer service via phone and email, underwriting credit applications and making credit decisions, as well as handling customers in arrears. In this role, you will greatly affect the customer experience and directly impact the company's success. To help you succeed in your role, we provide you with the full support of the team.
In addition to our awesome team, we offer you flexible working terms as the job is hourly based. Ideally, you could work 1-4 shifts a week. The work is scheduled between 8.00 and 18.00 on business days. Our brand-new office is located in the heart of Helsinki, but you can occasionally work remotely.
The compensation for the job is according to the collective agreement for the financial industry, considering the level of your experience. Fringe benefits and wide health care are included.
