About the job 

In this role you will primarily be responsible for the regulatory reporting within the Finance Department. Reporting to authorities today is a technically driven functionality that requires that we strengthen our finance team with competence within reporting, data management and analysis. In the ongoing work, you will be reconciling input data in databases and in doing so, use different kinds of tools. You will work in a team of about ten skilled and committed individuals and report to the CFO.

An important part of working at Brocc, and for this role, is to constantly improve and elaborate. As a financial analyst you are expected to develop and improve the reporting process by contributing with ideas and input regarding improved quality and efficiency for reporting and financial processes in general.

Our finance team have responsibility and competence within different financial processes, such as controlling and different types of treasury related processes, which also gives the opportunity to broaden the role and develop within other areas for the right candidate.

About you

To be successful in this role you have a proactive and positive approach to solving issues at hand. You work independently and have a drive to constantly improve routines and processes. In a team, you are committed to support your colleagues, bring your knowledge and ideas to the table, and you are open to different perspectives.

Further, to be successful in this role we believe that you have:

• Relevant educational background such as Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
• 1+ years of experience from reporting in the financial industry.
• Skills in data management and experience from handling large data sets.
• A thorough and quality driven mind.
• A self-propelled personality and curious mind, as well as a team player approach.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish.
• Professional proficiency in English.
