Group Consolidation & Reporting Specialist
Own group consolidation and external reporting as Brocc builds its next-generation Finance function.
Brocc is a specialized niche bank embarking on a bold and transformative growth journey, fueled by strong institutional backing and a clear strategic vision. Positioned at the forefront of the European credit market, Brocc combines deep heritage in consumer finance with cutting-edge technology and a disciplined approach to balance sheet and treasury management — building a best-in-class debt finance platform that supports clients across the full credit lifecycle.
With substantial capital resources, an ambitious growth agenda, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, Brocc is uniquely placed to shape the future of the credit ecosystem. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking institution that is not only driving liquidity and resilience in the market, but contributing to greater stability and transparency across the European financial landscape.
Now, we're looking for a Group Consolidation & Reporting Specialist to take specialist ownership of group accounting, external reporting, and complex accounting matters. You'll work closely with the Head of Accounting, CFO, and management team, in an entrepreneurial culture where initiative is valued and you'll have real influence over how the Finance function evolves.
What you’ll do
As Group Consolidation & Reporting Specialist, you'll become Brocc's specialist in group accounting and financial reporting, with overall responsibility for the group's consolidation, external reporting, and advanced accounting matters, acting as key specialist support to the CFO and the wider organisation. The role carries no people-management responsibility but comes with a strong mandate within your specialist area, and you'll play a key part in building efficient processes, high quality, and a robust reporting structure as we grow. In practice, that means:
Own and continuously develop the group's consolidation process
Take responsibility for external financial reporting, annual reports, and interim reporting
Act as the specialist on IFRS and complex accounting issues
Manage accounting matters related to company and loan portfolio acquisitions
Ensure high-quality financial reporting ahead of audits, board, and management reviews
Provide specialist support on regulatory reporting
Contribute to developing the group's reporting processes, routines, and internal controls
Work closely with the Head of Accounting and the wider Finance team to build efficient ways of working and improve processes
Handle ongoing ad hoc questions from the CFO and management team
Who you are
You're a confident specialist in group accounting and financial reporting who thrives in an organisation that's changing and evolving at a fast pace. You enjoy building processes, creating structure, and improving ways of working, and you see opportunities where others see challenges. More specifically, you bring:
Solid experience with IFRS, group accounting, and external reporting
Background from niche bank, fintech, credit institution, or other regulated financial business.
Strong understanding of complex international group structures, and used to working closely with auditors and other external stakeholders
A hands-on, analytical, and quality-focused mindset — you enjoy building structure and driving your own work forward
Down-to-earth, collaborative, and motivated by making a real difference
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Driven to help build something long-term, rather than simply maintain what already exists
Experience with NetSuite or another modern ERP system, regulatory reporting, PE-backed or acquisitive companies, or income tax calculations is a plus
Why Brocc?
We're a ~50-person team backed by Cerberus Capital Management, with local presence in Stockholm, Helsinki, and London and operations across 15 European markets. You'll join at a pivotal moment in our growth, with real ownership of your area and direct visibility to senior leadership, including the CRO, CEO, and Board. We move fast, we value people who take initiative, and we're building a credit institution that genuinely changes how consumers and counterparties experience finance.
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
