Following a series of acquisitions and strategic investments, Brocc has evolved into a pan-European credit platform spanning more than 15 European countries, combining traditional banking activities with investments in NPL portfolios and structured credit platforms.
As our international footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a Tax Manager to join our Group Tax team in Stockholm.

You will work across multiple jurisdictions, support strategic business initiatives and gain exposure to a wide range of international structures, including SPVs, holding companies, investment platforms and regulated financial services businesses.
You will report directly to the Head of Tax and work closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, local corporate service providers and external tax advisors across Europe.
What you'll do
You will take ownership of Brocc's international tax compliance, ensuring that filings, payments and reporting obligations are managed accurately and on time in every jurisdiction.

Review and challenge tax filings, payments and reporting obligations prepared by local advisors and service providers
Manage compliance for corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes and other local tax reporting requirements
Maintain a reliable overview of tax deadlines, filings and compliance status across the group
Coordinate responses to tax audits, tax authority enquiries and information requests
Support tax governance and risk management, including transfer pricing compliance and documentation across the group
Support tax workstreams in acquisitions, integrations and group restructuring projects
Build and improve tax processes, controls and ways of working as the Group Tax function continues to grow
Who you are

More specifically, you bring:
A university degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Law
At least 5 years of experience from a tax advisory firm, accounting firm or an in-house tax or finance function
Practical experience in corporate income tax and international tax compliance, plus exposure to VAT, withholding taxes and other cross-border tax matters
Experience working with external advisors, corporate service providers and multiple stakeholders
Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills, with a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach and a close eye for detail
Excellent communication skills in English
What success looks like
In your first year, you will have:
Established a clear overview of tax compliance obligations across all jurisdictions and delivered filings, payments and reporting on time and without surprises
Built strong working relationships with local advisors and service providers
Kept transfer pricing documentation and compliance processes current and well-organised, and contributed to tax workstreams in acquisitions, integrations and restructuring projects
Helped develop a scalable Group Tax function with robust processes and clear ownership
